We’re sorry to see Dallas.net leave the DSL market; they’ve been a fine competitor. But, we’re excited to have you as a new customer. Welcome to the Waymark Communications family!

Waymark offers services throughout the United States to residential and commercial subscribers traditionally based in the D/FW Metroplex. Since 1991, we have built our reputation on quality and service. We cannot claim to the cheapest, but then again it was never our desire to be cheap. As you get to know Waymark, I hope we exceed your expectations by providing the most powerful features, fastest service, and most supportive customer assistance. We know that as a Dallas.net subscriber you appreciate the benefits of utilizing a quality provider. We intend to make your transition to the Waymark network as comfortable and effortless as possible. The warm and personal touch provided by Dallas.net will continue.

In order to transition your service, we’re going to need you to make a few configuration changes on your computer and need to receive a couple of documents from you authorizing the transfer. Over the next several days, you will receive additional emails providing details of the various computer settings necessary to access our high-speed network and changes related to billing. Don’t worry your service and prices will remain the same – we’re just addressing various technical and system issues. Be sure to watch for those emails.
